Exchange policy

Mr Skill shall only replace products if they ardefective or damaged upon delivery. You must within 10 working days from receiving the package,
inform us that the product is defective. Thereafter we will arrange the return of the product and repair it (or refund the product to you).

Returns policy

Unfortunately, we cannot accept any returns after the 10 days post delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your product must be unused, unwashed, not embroidered, or altered in any way.

To return a product, please notify us first of your intention via mail at Please thereafter transport your product to 6 Millar Rd, Windemere, Berea, 4001.

You will be liable for payment for your own transportation costs for returns. Transportation costs are non-refundable.


When we have recieved your returned product and have found the product to be in acceptable condition for resale, we will reverse the transcation by which you paid for using the Netcash payment gateway.
